Thin films based optoelectronic devices

By combining the group’s expertise in the fieldwith a wide-ranging suite of equipment for fabrication and characterisation of materials, and prototyping and testing, all the processes required to prepare thin-film-based devices such as liquid crystal displays (LCDs), OSCs, OLEDs and organic field-effect transistors (OFETs) can be routinely performed at MOLTECH-Anjou. Furthermore, a special focus is placed upon the development of organic photodetectors (OPDs) and near-infrared (NIR) OPDs due to their potential applications in biosensing and medicine.
