07-2026 – Successful project applications!
The end of the year is also a good occasion to celebrate recent academic success, and particularly the successful applications to funding agencies.

5/10-07-2029 – ISMSC Bordeaux 2026
The ISMSC took place in Bordeaux this year, with a fantastic organisation and an excellent scientific programme. The meeting was also a great opportunity to enjoy a memorable gala dinner in a beautiful Bordeaux château. And to top it all off, Elena’s poster was awarded a prize!

Braving the heat, MOLTECH was well represented at SCF Bordeaux 2026! Congratulations to Malika, whose poster was awarded a prize!
09-06-26 – Journée École Doctorale (JED 2026)
A great day for the PulSAr team at JED 2026!
Malika, Eléna and Lucas presented their work through poster contributions, while Sindoora and Fanny took the stage for oral presentations.
The day ended on an especially high note, with Sindoora receiving the Best Oral Presentation Award in the “Technologies of the Future” category and Lucas winning the Best Poster Award in the “Innovative Materials” category.

28/29-05-2026 – Journée de Chimie Supramoléculaire - Marseille
PulSAr went to Marseille for the annual supramolecular chemistry meeting of the French chemical society. A great opportunity to catch up with the French supramolecular chemistry community, share our latest results… and celebrate Louis, who received a prize for his PhD thesis!

18-12-2025 – Christmas Party!
PulSAr was official organizer of MOLTECH Anjou Christmas celebrations this year! The whole team worked hard to make the event special, with everything prepared in-house, from starter to dessert.
A festive team effort, and a great way to end the year together!
2/12/25 – Christmas Party and Karting - PulSAr Team
A little friendly competition on the karting track to kick off the evening, with plenty of determination and a few racing instincts revealed along the way!
The team then headed to a restaurant to celebrate Christmas together and enjoy a relaxed end-of-year get-together.
31-10-2025 – Louis’s PhD defense with a very special guest: Prof. Ben Feringa
Louis brilliantly defended his PhD in presence of a special jury member: The Nobel Prize in Chemistry 2016 Ben Feringa, who also gave a lecture opened to everyone in the morning.
A warm thank you to David Bardelang, Sarah Pike, Pierre-Antoine Bouit, Ben Feringa and Roberta Pinalli for their presence, their insightful comments and the stimulating scientific discussion.

25/30-05-2025 – ISMSC - Kyoto
A nice group trip to Japan to participate to the ISMSC 2025. Beyond the scientific programme, the meeting was a fantastic opportunity to meet and exchange with researchers from all over the world and discover a wide range of approaches in supramolecular chemistry.
We also made the most of our free time to explore Kyoto, a city we absolutely loved, and enjoy a bit of Japan beyond the conference venue.
A very inspiring week, both scientifically and personally!
22/23-05-2025 – Journée de Chimie Supramoléculaire - Strasbourg
The group participated to the yearly French supramolecular chemistry celebration in Strasbourg. A great opportunity to catch up with colleagues, discover new results and enjoy two days of stimulating discussions.

20/12/2023 – PulSAr Christmas Party!
After an intense year of science and the birth of the PulSAr group, we celebrated the end of 2023 by going out together for a game or laser-tag. The intensity and the thrill of the game left us hungry, and we followed up with a nice dinner at Paul’s.

Part of the group actively took part in the organization of this congress held in Angers, exploring all aspect of chirality at all scales. The week cul

Sous l’impulsion de Romain, l’équipe a passé une soirée survoltée au bowling, qui a révélé les instincts les plus compétitifs de certains d’entre nous. Heureusement, tout s’est terminé dans la bonne ambiance autour de délicieux mets thaïlandais.

27-29/06/2022 - Journées Scientifiques SCF-BPL à Noirmoutier
L’occasion de se réunir pour toute la communauté des chimistes du nord-ouest, avec des invités et des présentations de doctorants et post-doctorants de qualités. D’ailleurs, Aline Makhloutah y a décroché le prix du public pour sa présentation sur la préparation de colorants asymétriques pour les cellules solaires, félicitations !
06/2022 – Repas Libanais pour la réunion d’équipe
Merci à toute la team libanaise de nous avoir régalés avec ses spécialités ! Ce fut également l’occasion pour les M2 de l’équipe, Louis Hardoin, Daryna Shymon et Anna Baidiuk, de présenter leurs superbes résultats de stage.
04/10/2021 - Journées Scientifiques de la section SCF-BPL 2021 à Rennes
La semaine dernière, l'équipe PulSAr était représentée à cette manifestation scientifique régionale afin de présenter ses résultats à travers un poster (Aline et Soussana) et une communication orale (Youssef).
Sébastien Goeb, maintenant président de cette section, en a profité pour annoncer la date des prochaines journées scientifiques qui auront lieux à Noirmoutier du 27 au 29 juin 2022.

14/09/2020 - Sébastien Goeb has been awarded the Young Researcher in Supramolecular Chemistry Prize from the Société chimique de France.
He received the prize for his work on coordination driven self-assembly and stimuli-responsive supramolecular cages.
